What is the Organization Plan?
The Organization Plan gives your ministry team shared access to Theostack at a Premium level. For $399/year, you get 5 Premium seats with shared Projects, a team theological profile, and admin controls for managing members.
Every member on the Organization Plan gets the full Premium experience — all 11 assistants, expanded voice access, and 10 personal Projects.
Setting up an Organization Plan
- Visit the pricing page and select the Organization Plan.
- Complete checkout through Stripe (payment is required upfront — no trial for organization plans).
- After checkout, you'll be redirected to the organization setup page.
- Enter your organization name, upload a logo (optional), and configure your theological profile.
- Your organization is now active and you're the admin.
Inviting team members
Once your organization is set up:
- Go to Settings and find the Organization section.
- Copy your invite link and share it with team members.
- When a team member clicks the link and signs up (or logs in), they're automatically added to your organization.
Members are added to the next available seat. If all seats are full, you'll need to add more seats before new members can join.
Managing members
As the organization admin, you can:
- View all current members and their roles
- Remove members (this reverts them to their personal subscription, if any)
- Toggle the invite link on or off
Additional seats
The base plan includes 5 seats. If your team needs more:
- Each additional seat costs $59/year, prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
- Add seats through the Manage Billing button, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
- New seats are available immediately after purchase.
Theological profile
The Organization Plan includes a shared theological profile where you can set your ministry's confessional standards and positions. This helps the assistants provide answers that are aware of your team's theological context.
Settings include confessional standard, views on spiritual gifts, gender roles, church governance, eschatology, and additional positions.
Shared Projects
Organization members can create Projects with three visibility levels:
- Private — Only the creator can see it (same as personal Projects)
- Org-wide — All organization members can access the Project and its files
- Specific Members — Only selected team members can access the Project
Shared Projects have separate storage limits that scale with your seat count.
Sermon Archive
The Organization Plan includes access to the Sermon Archive. Connect your church's sermon podcast feed and Theostack will transcribe, index, and make your entire preaching history searchable alongside the theological library.
See the Sermon Archive article for setup instructions and details.
Cancellation
If the Organization Plan is canceled:
- Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Members retain their personal accounts and any personal subscriptions.
- Shared Projects and organizational data are preserved during a 90-day grace period.
