Frequently asked questions

What happens after the 14-day trial?+

At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment information. We don't collect payment details upfront, so nothing charges automatically.

Can I switch between plans?+

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What's included in the free trial?+

Full access to whichever plan you choose — Subscriber or Premium. All features for that tier, full library access.

Is there a usage limit?+

No hard message limits. Projects and storage have tier-based limits (3/50MB for Subscriber, 10/250MB for Premium). Voice mode is included in all plans.

What's the Church plan?+

Do you offer refunds?+

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we'll refund you in full.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently support PayPal or cryptocurrency.

Can I use Theostack for my whole church?+

The Church plan is designed for pastoral teams. For larger deployments, contact us at hello@theostack.com.

How is Theostack different from ChatGPT for theology?+

ChatGPT generates answers from training data and often invents citations. Theostack searches a curated library of 2,200+ real theological texts and shows you exactly where every answer comes from. Every quote is verifiable. Every source is real.
